P.S. Please note that this sale is NOT handicap accessible! It is a tri-level house and there are many steps up and steps down to get everywhere in the house and on the property.
P.S.S. Parking is a little bit of a problem. There is “no parking” on Sweetwater, but we have permission from the City to park on the north side of the street only. Please do not park on the south side of the street. The driveway will be used for loading.
